MLHS Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year

Registration is a time when students, parents/guardians, teachers, and counselors work together to select courses that will move the student toward meeting their High School and Beyond Plan goals.

Curriculum Night/Open House Dates: 

February 6, 2024: CBTech Registration/Open House (10th-11th grade) - 2:30pm-5:30pm

February 20, 2024: Vanguard Open House (8th grade) - 6:00pm-8:00pm

February 20, 2024: MLHS Curriculum Night (8th-11th grade) - MLHS Commons - 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Tuesday, February 20: Vanguard Open House 6pm-8pm

  • Meet staff about project based curriculum available at VA

Wednesday, February 21: Frontier MS and Endeavor MS  8th grade Registration Night at Moses Lake High School

  • 3 start times: 5pm, 6pm and 7pm
  • Meet with a MLHS School Counselor to submit your Registration Form.
  • Vanguard Academy and Digital Learning Center Staff will meet with prospective students/families.

Thursday, February 22: Columbia MS 8th grade Registration Night at Moses Lake High School

  • 3 start times: 5pm, 6pm and 7pm
  • Meet with a MLHS School Counselor to submit your Registration Form.
  • Vanguard Academy and Digital Learning Center Staff will meet with prospective students/families.

10th, 11th and 12th Grade Registration

 

Monday, February 5th: Homeroom Curriculum Fair (Homeroom)

      • Visit booths to learn about offerings at MLHS

Wednesday, February 21: Skyward Requests (English class)

  • Skyward Instruction Video - Click Here
  • Skyward Instruction Sheet - Click Here
  • Enter primary requests into Skyward 2024-2025 school year
  • Enter alternate requests into Skyward 2024-2025 school year
  • Student shows teacher completed Registration Form and Skyward
  • English Teacher reviews that student has entered requests
  • English Teacher saves Registration Form in provided Manilla Envelopes
 

Tuesday, February 20: Curriculum Night at Moses Lake High School, 6pm - 8pm

  • Meet staff about courses and programs available at MLHS
  • CBTech staff will be available.
  • Running Start staff will be available.
  • Digital Learning Center staff will be available for prospective students.

Feb 26 - Mar 1: One on one counselor meetings - Current 9th Graders (during English class)

  • Review student requests, alignment with HS&BP and transcript.
  • Provide feedback, guidance and answer any questions.

March 11-15: One on one counselor meetings - Current 10th Graders (during English class)

  • Review student requests, alignment with HS&BP and transcript.
  • Provide feedback, guidance and answer any questions.

March 18-22: One on one counselor meetings - Current 11th Graders (during English class)

  • Review student requests, alignment with HS&BP and transcript.
  • Provide feedback, guidance and answer any questions.
