  • WAEOP Student Scholarship: This scholarship is due January 15th! Application below! This is a scholarship designed to assist business education students who wish to continue their education and pursue an office-related career, preferably in the field of education.
 
  • GFWC Washington State Educational Scholarship is open! This scholarship is for female students planning to enroll in an accredited school in WA and pursue a degree in education. Click here for the application!
 
  • Helen Kinzel Scholarship is open! This scholarship is for students pursuing a career in Education and attending an accredited school in WA. Click here for the application!
 
  • GFWC ML Women's Club Scholarship is open! This scholarship is for students that are going to attend Big Bend CC in the Fall of 2019. Click here for the application!
 
 
 
 
 
  • Dr. Sonja McDaniel Scholarship Fund: An Award of $1000 to provide support for bilingual/EL education students. Students applying must be planning to pursue a career education. See the application for complete eligibility requirements. Click here for the application!
 
  • IBEW Local 191 ScholarshipThe scholarship is offered to graduating HS seniors who are pursuing a Technical Degree in a construction related field at a Community or Technical College. Click here for the application! 
 
  • American Indian Endowed Scholarship Application: Applicants must: • Have close social and cultural ties to an American Indian tribe, or an American Indian community, in Washington State. • Intend to use their education to benefit other American Indians in Washington. • Have demonstrated financial need (as determined by the college financial aid office). • Be a Washington State resident. [See Chapter 250-18 Wash. Administrative Code (WAC)] • Be enrolled as a full-time student at an eligible Washington college or university by fall term of the award year, and for every term in which the student receives the scholarship.   • Rotary Scholarship for Running Start Students that will graduate with an AA Degree. Click below for the application.
 
  • Rotary Professional/Technical Scholarship (Workforce Education) for students graduating from a high school in the BBCC service area (Grant and Adams county plus the Odessa school district) seeking certification in a career choice rather than seeking a degree. Click below for the application.
 
  • Clyde Owen Aviation Scholarship may be used by any student in the BBCC flight program with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Click below for the application.
 
 
 
  • P.S.E Scholarship Application is open! Open to P.S.E members' children who are either graduating in 2019 or are continuing education at a post-secondary institute. The application is provided at the bottom of this page.
 
  • Lee Hutsell Scholarship Application is open! Open to graduating MLHS Seniors who have a need, a desire to pursue a career in the field of CTE, and who also share the characteristics of kindness, integrity, and service. The application is provided at the bottom of this page.
 
 
 
  • Washington State Opportunity Scholarship: The online application opens January 3rd Washington State Opportunity Scholarship application. Eligibility criteria are listed on the site, please read carefully. There are scholarship awards of up to $22,500 available. 
 
  • Caring.com ScholarshipThe SeniorHomes.com Caregiver Scholarship is intended for students who are passionate about helping seniors live healthy lives and are pursuing careers in senior care. The award can be used towards tuition and/or books. Applicants must submit either a 500-word essay or 2-3 minute video addressing a topic related to elder care. Click here for the application.
 
  • Ken Ardell Scholarship is open! Open to seniors that have been in 4-H or FFA for at least two years. Must have a G.P.A of at least 2.5 and must show leadership qualities, such as volunteer work or membership in organizations, at school, church, or in the community. Click here for the Ken Ardell Scholarship application
 
  • Confluence Health Scholarship is open! This scholarship is for students that are interested in the healthcare profession. The application is provided at the bottom of this page.
 
  • Moses Lake Alumni Association Scholarship: The application is provided at the bottom of this page.  
 
  • Chartwells Scholarship: This scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Moses Lake High School who are interested in going into a Culinary or Hotel/Restaurant program, Hospitality or related fields in the fall of 2019 and have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.

Closed Applications

  • Central Basin Audubon Society: The application is provided at the bottom of this page.
  • Association of Computer Professionals in Education (ACPE) has allocated up to $10,000 for scholarships of up to $2,000 each for students in Oregon and Washington. These scholarships are available to graduating high school seniors who have been actively involved in the use of technology during their high school careers and are planning to pursue studies in a technology-related field. A completed online application should be submitted to ACPE no later than 5 pm, March 1, 2018. Successful applicants will be notified via email by April 15, 2018. The amount of the award will be paid to the college/school of the awardee's choice.   • Building Industry Association of Washington Scholarship: This scholarship is for WA residents, students who will apply to a college or university in the Fall, and have a need for additional funding to complete their program in construction industry-related field of study. The application is provided at the bottom of this page.
  • The George and Dorothy Marsden Scholarship Fund Scholarship is due March 29th! Click here!
  • UW Nikkei Alumni Association scholarship is open! It is open for students of Japanese ancestry who attend the University of Washington. Pick up the application in the college and career center.
  • Sea Mar Farm Worker Scholarship: The Sea Mar Community Health Centers Farm Worker Scholarship program is awarding $1,000 scholarships to students in Washington who are of migrant or seasonal farm worker backgrounds. The money can be used to cover expenses while you’re enrolled in college, such as tuition, food, housing, books, etc. Applications are available every year beginning in January. The application is due April 30th at 6:00 pm PST.
  • Violet Richardson SIML Scholarship: This scholarship is open to female students age 13-18. The application is provided at the bottom of this page.
