School Records Request
RECORDS REQUESTS
K-12 schools may send official records requests by email or fax (email is preferred). Please send the request to the registrar below for your alpha. Students applying to higher learning institutions, please follow the instructions for a transcript request here.
STUDENT EDUCATIONAL RECORDS REQUEST
Parents wishing to review their student's educational records should fill out this form and bring or mail it to the school and or Special Services department, depending on which records you wish to review.
You will be contacted for an appointment when the records are ready for review.
