The processing time for transcript requests during the school year is 24 hours. Processing times will be 3-4 business days during Winter Break, Spring Break, and Summer Break. Thank you for understanding.
Moses Lake School District has partnered with Parchment to help assist our K12 Student Record Management. With this system, current students, alumni, or third parties can securely set up an account and request the records they need.
Effective January 1, 2023, Parchment’s standard transaction fees are:
Free – No charge to active students
$4.40 – transcripts after graduation
$12.75 – enrollment and graduation verifications
Get started by creating an account at Parchment. Once you have created an account, you can request your transcripts:
*ALL STUDENTS: Please write down the email and password that you use to create your account; you will need it when requesting final transcripts or anytime in the future.
***ATTENTION SENIORS: you will have until August 1st after you graduate to receive your transcript at NO CHARGE. After that, you will be required to pay the fee mentioned above. If you are a current MLHS student and you are being asked to pay, make sure that you have your graduation year entered correctly. Don't forget to add an alternate email address to your account, once you graduate you will no longer be able to use your MLHS email.***
